work.      play.

At Hims & Hers, I led the development of visual content across social platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn, helping to shape and articulate the company’s story, vision, and values through compelling visual narratives. I was the main designer on these channels and created a variety of assets to support the marketing and content teams. I conceptualized content strategies that emphasized visual storytelling—ranging from product education to illustrating the customer journey with Hims & Hers.

This also included leading art direction and producing photo shoots in collaboration with in-house talent and external vendors, ensuring each campaign reflected a consistent and intentional brand voice. Additionally, I explored and integrated emerging AI tools like Visual Electric to help the creative team produce branded content more dynamically and efficiently.

To improve efficiency and consistency, I also developed design systems on Figma, that include and are not limited to modular social templates and typographic systems to effectively support new content franchises.

Product Education
for Social Channels

When designing for socials, I aim to hit three pillars - product education, problem solving and brand awareness. Here you will see some of the product focused assets I made for all our categories across both Hims and Hers.

Problem Identification for Social Channels

Through bold visuals and thoughtfully laid out copy, we captured consumers’ attention while speaking directly to their medical concerns. We also made them feel seen and followed through with testimonials from loyal customers.

Brand Building for Social Channels

The third pillar is brand building - it was equally important that our audience feels that our brand voice is consistent and current throughout all channels. This is where we run the more engaging, informative, fun and shareable content, while also making use of our beautiful lifestyle imagery we get from our in-house shoots. Focusing on this pillar has been helpful in acquisition efforts because of how shareable the content is.

Illustrations

I was in charge of brand illustrations whenever we wanted to add extra layers and a cheeky, fun tone to our brand voice. We also adjusted the illustration styles depending on the nature of the platform and target audience for optimal performance.

Infographics

I led art direction and designed infographics for a wide range of uses from SEO and product education on our blog and app to assets for PR partners to share across media platforms. These visuals played a key role in acquisition, helping us connect with a new audience actively searching for solutions we were uniquely equipped to provide.

Photoshoots

I led art direction for some of our photoshoots for organic lifestyle content.
